Neural stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells + CAST therapy have remarkable effects in helping children with cerebral palsy improve their symptoms and regulate their overall functions!

Andrei Lung, a handsome 2-year-and-9-month-old boy from Romania, unfortunately suffers from cerebral palsy (STXBP1 deficiency syndrome) since birth. He faces challenges with motor skills and cognitive function, is shorter and lighter than developmentally normal children, cannot speak, and is only able to lie on his back. His limbs and trunk exhibit muscle flaccidity and weakness, particularly in the lower limbs. He has a poor response to his environment, struggles to understand commands, and has only a vague recognition of his own name. His daily sleep time is about 14 hours.

Seeing Andrei innocently blinking his big eyes, unable to communicate, broke the hearts of his parents and family. From birth to now, in 2 years and 9 months, Andrei has not only failed to develop normally in terms of physical and functional abilities but has also been unable to experience the love of his parents and the wonders of this world.

Stem cells are widely recognized globally for their ability to treat cerebral palsy. However, after extensive research, Andrei's parents chose Wu Medical Center among many stem cell treatment hospitals and renowned experts worldwide due to their numerous successful cases.

Firstly, Dr. Wu is a seasoned clinical expert in neurology and stem cell therapy, having focused on cerebral palsy treatment for over 20 years. He has accumulated a wealth of successful, safe, and effective clinical treatment cases and rich clinical experience, having helped many children with cerebral palsy improve their symptoms, enhance their quality of life, and even return to normal living. Secondly, Dr. Wu has consistently chosen to use neural stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells + CAST therapy, unlike other hospitals that rely solely on single stem cell treatments. His over 20 years of successful clinical experience have led to multiple upgrades of his unique, original methods and techniques for using stem cells in treating cerebral palsy, allowing more patients to benefit. Thirdly, as a seasoned internal medicine expert, Dr. Wu integrates his 40 years of successful clinical experience of using medication in neurology with stem cell therapy, helping patients achieve faster, better, smoother, and more lasting improvements in symptoms through a multifaceted approach of biology, chemistry, and physical therapy.

For the fragile Andrei, his parents firmly believe that Dr. Wu's team will help their child recover various physical skills in a gentler and more comprehensive manner.

After just 2 weeks of hospitalization, Andrei showed significant improvement compared to his condition upon admission. His excessive sleepiness has lessened, with daily sleep time reduced from 14 hours before treatment to about 11 hours now, and it is more regular (9 hours at night and about 2 hours of napping during the day). Previously, he had a poor response to his surroundings, could barely understand commands, and had only a vague recognition of his name. Now, he has noticeably improved spirit, smiles more, his eyes are more lively, and he engages more in eye contact and body interactions with others, as well as increasing vocalizations. The tremors in his lower limbs have completely disappeared. Before treatment, his upper limb strength was grade 3, allowing for aimless grasping; his lower limb strength was grade 2, with limited voluntary movement, and he could only lie on his back and barely roll to his right side. Now, his body control has improved, enabling him to roll over to both the right and left sides. His grasping ability has strengthened, allowing him to hold the bottle more securely and resist some resistance, increasing purposeful movements. Previously, due to the poor muscle strength in his limbs and trunk, particularly in his lower limbs, he could not perform actions. Now, he can stand with support at a 45-degree angle, with enhanced leg support strength and improved stability, able to maintain this position for 3 seconds. His limb activity flexibility has significantly improved compared to before treatment, and his heart function has also noticeably enhanced, with a marked reduction in arrhythmia.

We will continue to monitor Andrei's treatment progress. Neural stem cells will help him achieve further improvements, and these enhancements will consistently accompany his growth.

We hope to accompany more children like Andrei, who suffer from cerebral palsy (STXBP1 deficiency syndrome), to experience the advanced two-stem cell + CAST therapy at Wu Medical Center, which differs from traditional medical approaches, improves disease symptoms, enhances their quality of life, changes their destinies, and comforts their loving families.
