Before treatment:
Hong Lu Neiyon had extreme flexibility of the limbs, leaden feet, and tremor of right hand while writing and wrote words little 7 years ago with no apparent cause. The disease became worse and worse and went on to affect his work and life. He went to a local hospital 1 year later and diagnosed as parkinson's disease. After taking Sinemet his disease became more serious. He changed his oral drugs into Sinemet 1 year before, but its side effect was serious. His body moved slowly, had less facial expressions, less palpebrates, musculi linguae tremor and inflexible and spoke slowly. He was treated with cell-stimulating in our hospital in May 2013 and he became better. He took oral drugs from that time. He wants to have a better treatment, so he came to our hospital for further treatment.
His diet, sleeping, urination and excrement were normal. His gained 5 kg weight after he was treated in our hospital.
Admission PE:
Bp: 118/81mmHg; Hr: 70/min. RP: 19/min. His body shape was good, his gait was normal. He easily gets tired and his nutrition was normal. There was no ecchymosis, petechia or yellow stains on skin. There was no congestion in pharyngeal area. The tonsil was not enlarged. The respiration in both lungs was clear, no dry or moist rales. Through auscultation, the heart sound was strong, with no murmur in each valve. The abdomen was flat and soft without tenderness or rebound tenderness. There were no masses. The liver and spleen were normal. There was no swelling in both lower limbs.
Nervous System Examination:
Hong Lu Neiyon was alert and his speech was not clear but fast. His memory, orientation and calculation were normal. His masked face experience was normal. Both pupils were equal in size and round, the diameter was about 3.0mm. Both pupils were sensitive to light stimulus. Both eyeballs could move freely to each side. He had no nystagmus. The forehead wrinkle pattern was symmetrical and bilateral nasolabial grooves was symmetrical. The tongue was in the center of oral cavity. There was no tremor in tongue. He had strong muscles to lift his soft palate. The uvula had not deflected. He could turn head effective. The movement of his four limbs was a little slow without any tremor. The muscle power of left side was at level 5, right side was at level 5-. Sometimes he turned over, got up and walked slowly. He had no obvious difficult to start walk, the speed was good. The muscle tension of four limbs was normal. The tendon reflex of both upper limbs was normal. Both side patella tendon reflex and achilles reflex were weak. Both side pathological sign was negative. The depth sensation and epicritic sensibility were normal. He couldn’t do alternate motion and finger-to-finger test in right side very well, but the left side was normal. Both side finger-to-nose test was good. He did the heel-knee-tibia test in a stable manner. The Romberg sign was weakly positive. He always bent forward when he was walking. Meningeal irritation sign was negative.
Treatment:
Hong Lu Neiyon was diagnosed with parkinson's disease. He received treatment in order repair and revives the nerves, activate stem cells, provide nourishment to the neurons, improve the circulation, regulate immunity and stabilize organ function. This was combined with physical rehabilitation training.
Post-treatment:
This was the second time he came to our hospital to steady his condition. After the treatment, his was in stable condition, his spirit was good and he could move freely. He could take good care of himself. The treatment plan has been completed and the discharge is permitted.

About my dad conditions, it still normal as before however around 8-9am, he feel a bit dizzy. His shoulder and neck a bit stiff also.
Could you take a look at his new blood test and conditions and give his a medicine list so we can follow it.

How are you and everybody in our center?
I am happy to inform that My father condition is still good, however he feel that his upper right hand and right leg is more stiff, and unflexible. Could you give him an advice please? And we wanna ask you about the the stem cell treatment? The last stem cell is 1.5 year ago, when we could do another one and for his condition now, how many stem cell time need?
In addition, because for my dad"s busy working schedule, could you arrage for him the shortest time for the stem cell treatment, so we can prepare to come to beijing.
