Age: 49
Country: Rumania
Diagnosis: Parkinson's disease
Beginning Treatment Date: 2008-04-15

Medical History:

Sava first noticed a loss of flexibility in the fingers of his right hand, in 1998. Writing became more difficult for him. He developed stiffness in his neck and shoulder area so he went to the local hospital and was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. The local doctors gave him medications to control his symptoms. Two years later, he developed stiffness in his left lower limb and at about the same time developed tremors in all four limbs. Five years ago, his condition rapidly declined and his systemic tremors became more serious, which soon resulted in stiffness in all four limbs. He continued taking the anti-Parkinson's medications, but the effectiveness of the drugs lasted only 2 to 4 hours. His condition became very serious 1 year ago and he started having difficulty walking and he developed alalia and mild dysphagia.

After reading some patient stories and successful treatment outcomes on our website, he consulted with our doctors and decided to come to our medical center for treatment.

Treatment:

Sava received a complete examination and was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. He was given autologous stem cell activation treatment, including nourishing the neurons, increasing the blood circulation to the brain, strengthening the body's immune system, and stem cell transplantation. This was combined with rehabilitation.

Post-Treatment:

Sava's condition has shown good improvement: before the treatment, after every dosage, the effectiveness of the medications lasted for only 2-3 hours. Complete remission of the symptoms was only about 6 to 9 hours every day. When the symptoms appeared after this time period, Sava was unable to do any activities. After the completion of the treatment, he was asymptomatic for 10-13 hours every day. At this point his tremors, stiffness and difficulties with starting his movements had decreased and he was able to slowly care for himself. His walking and swallowing abilities also improved.

Sava and his family members are satisfied with the treatment results and after they returned home, they emailed our doctors:

"I'm from Romania and I'm suffering from Parkinson's disease. Between April and May, 2008 I had stem cell treatment at your clinic and now I`m feeling much better. My daily dosage of pills is now 600mg of L-dopa and 3mg of Miraprexine. I`m very happy with the results of the stem cell treatment and I hope to see further improvements in my condition. I trust and thank the entire medical staff."
