Before treatment:
            The patient born at the 36th week of pregnancy and through cesarean section. The patient's respiration, heart rate, sucking ability, height and weight were all normal. The patient suffered from severe jaundice at the first week after birth. The patient's ability to raise head, sit-up and some actions were slower than normal baby. The MRI examination of head showed the head had abnormalities. He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy by a local hospital. He took phenobarbital and sodium valproate for treatment, but the effect was not good. The parent decided to stop the medication for the patient. During the course of the treatment, the patient developed swallow difficulty, speech disorders and movement disorders, and the effect was not good. Before the treatment, the patient only could say: "A" "Yi" "Wo" and so on. He had difficulty to chew or swallow. The salivation was too much. He had liquid diet through mouth. He had breathing difficulty. He had laryngeal stridor.  He suffered from intelligence retardation and motor function delay. He had difficulty to communicate with others. He suffered from intelligence development delay and motor function development delay. He had difficulty to communicate with others. He could support head. He was unable to turn over, sit-up, stand or walk. Both hands could grasp, but the action was slow and the coordination was poor. He was unable to finish other subtle actions.
 
            From the onset of disease, the patient's spirit was normal. The diet and sleep were normal. He had defecation every day and the urine was normal too. There was no genetic disease in his family.

Admission PE:
            Bp: 106/57mmHg; Hr: 108/min, Br: 24/min. Temperature: 36.6deg. Height: 103cms, weight: 14kgs. The skin and mucosa were normal with no yellow stains or petechia. There was two eczema in waist and buttock, size about 2cm×5cm,1cm×5cm. The respiratory sounds in both lungs were cough, with sound in throat. There was no obvious dry or moist rales. Through auscultation, the heart sound was strong. The cardiac rhythm was regular, with no obvious murmur in the valves. The abdomen was flat, with no pressing pain or rebound tenderness. The liver and spleen were not enlarged.

Nervous System Examination:
            Erel Innokentii was alert. He suffered from intelligence retardation. Sometimes, he had response when his name was called. He was unable to finish family members' instruction. He could cry. He suffered language retardation. He could say or make a sound of "A" "Yi" and "Wo". He had no specific language. The salivation was too much. He had difficulty with chewing and swallowing. He ate liquid diet. There was no cough when he ate. Both pupils were equal in size and round, the diameter was about 3.0mm. Both pupils were sensitive to light stimulus. There was no obvious nystagmus. He was unable to cooperate with the examination of vision and vision field. He had normal control of neck and head. He was unable to turn over, sit-up, stand or walk. He couldn't cooperate with the examination of muscle strength. The four limbs had activity, but the control ability of four limbs was poor. The muscle tone of both upper limbs was normal. The muscle tone of both lower limbs was slightly lower than normal. The radioperiosteal reflex and patellar tendon reflex were not elicited. The pathological character was negative.

Treatment: 
            The patient received related examination and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy clearly. The patient received treatment for nerve regeneration and to activate stem cells in vivo. The treatment was aimed to improve the blood circulation in order to increase the blood supply to the damaged nerves and also to nourish the neurons. He also received treatment for nerve regeneration. This was combined with rehabilitation training. 

Post Treatment:
            After three weeks of therapy, the sound in throat has reduced obviously. The salivation has reduced obviously. He has more facial expression. He can understand and execute simple instruction, such as kiss Mum, open mouth and so on. There are new muscle growth in his face and four limbs. The rough respiration in his lung has reduced. The grasp ability and coordination of both hands has improved slightly. The muscle tone of both lower limbs has reduced. Both palms can touch floor completely.
