Before treatment:

Admission for physical examination:

Both lungs breathed clearly. There was no protuberance in precordial region, strong heart sound, uniform rhythm and no murmur in each valvular region. Nervous system physical examination:
She could walk independently with clear articulation. The left eye had a slight sense of light, the left pupil diameter: 4mm, no light reflex, the right eye was sensitive to light reflex, the right pupil diameter: 3mm, she had blurry vision at close distance. Both eyeballs moved flexibly in all directions. The bilateral forehead lines were symmetrical and the tongue was in the center. Good neck mobility, muscle strength of limbs was grade 5, muscle tension of limbs was normal. The pathological signs of the extremities were negative. Meningeal irritation sign was negative.

Treatment process:
